Panda Security with VNC

Each time I use VNC from my laptop it screws up the crazy Panda Security 
program I am running on it. The AV software part of the suit stops 
functioning. I am stuck with this package until next year. Looking at their 
website was worse than useless. Can anyone help me figure out how to set up 
VNC so that it will not knock out my AV protection. Thanks, Tm
