Yes, although it does require a registry-setting:  Under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/RealVNC/WinVNC4 on the server computer, add a
REG_SZ value called DisplayDevice, with the device name of the desired
monitor - the primary monitor is \\.\DISPLAY1 for example.
