Using RealVNC to control XP through OS X and vice versa - Special key mappings

Hi,I'm using a macbook with OS X Tiger and I'm trying to control an XP machine
but my macbook only has a l-Cmd. I'm pretty new to OS X and I was wondering if
anyone know if/how I can either get my mac to similate an r-Cmd key or get
RealVNC to map the windows key to another key.While I'm on the subject, is
there any way of getting RealVNC for windows to send mac specific key strokes,
e.g., Cmd?Cheers,George
