Hello,

Free version of Real VNC does NOT support multiple users. You have to 
buy either the personal or enterprise editions.

I use Tightvnc - which supports multiple users at the same time. 
www.tightvnc.com

I hope you are using free edition 4.1.2, because of the security threat 
issue discussed many months ago.
