migrating from 3.3.7 to 4.0

[Kamaraju Kusumanchi]

Currently my vncserver runs on Debian Etch and is 3.3.7. If I upgrade this to 
4.0, will the existing sessions still be functioning as such? or will I loose 
all of them?
