Got it. Well, the 3.3 series VNC server serves up an applet that stays 
confined within the current browser window. The 4.x series VNC server 
serves up an applet that pops out into a separate window that can be 
fully sized, outside the browser. Otherwise, the best you can do in IE 
is hit F11, which is as close to full-screen as it can get.
