Problem of resolution

Hi
I use RealVnc free edition 4.1 on Windows for a project in Java. I have a problem of resolution because my PC with vnc viewer has a 800x600 resolution and my PC vnc server has a greater resolution. I would like change the resolution without using the control panel of windows, is it possible?
