changed workspace names don't show up in switcher

Hello, I'm new to vnc and I've searched the FAQ's and other listings to fix
my problem, to no avail.  I have vnc v4.1.2 on a Windows 2000 pc.

My problem is, when I change a workspace name, the new name doesn't show up
in the switcher.  For example if I change a workspace name to Dev, the
switcher still says Workspace1.  If I shutdown vnc on my pc and the restart
it and go into preferences, it shows the name Dev, but the switcher still
has Workspace1.

I've attached a screenshot to illustrate the issue.
