Trouble after uninstall

I installed VNC Free Edition 4.1 and immediately started to experience
problems with my FTP connection in Dreamweaver.

Those problems are still there after uninstalling RealVNC:

1.      When I am trying to manage my sites I am getting local logon
Connect to Local Computer window prompting me for User name: and Password:

2.      I can now only connect to the sites that use passive FTP

I suspect that RealVNC change some connection settings on my PC.  Those
settings were not reverted to the originals after uninstall.

BTW  I cleaned registry after uninstall with CCleaner w/o any impact on
this issue.
