errors!!

when i open vnc_bypauth it opens and closes atumatically... i do things then i open it again, IT DOESNT SCAN AT ALL, it just stays there and do nothing. do i have to download something to the victims computer? cause when i type the ip adress in the vnc viewer it says connection time lost ???? and the ip adress is not wrong.whats wrong? i feel like i want to kill my self :(
