Dual processor problem with vncviewer on XP

I am having a problem with VNC. 
Here's the scenario:
 
The 2nd computer can use the viewer and take over my computer.
 
I can't use the viewer to connect to the other.
 
What am I doing wrong? Is there a clear set of instructions after  installing 
the software on both computers to connect?
