VNC and Red Hat 4 (64 bit)

Since moving to Red Hat 4 (64 bit) the VNC Server (4.1.2) fails to render the graphical window controls on all launched windows. Issues:

    - windows cannot be moved or sized
    - the number of desktops cannot be increased
