Redundant NIC betwen server and client

We are using VNC standard to remote the video display of a PC to a
videowall. On the Videowall PC is installed VNC client. On the source PC
we want to capture the screen, is installed VNC server.

We have problem because the 2 PCs are connected through a redundant
network a seems to be impossible to switch from one network IP addres to
the redundant one in case of network fail.

Do anybody have some idea how to solve the problem?
