Allow Multiple Passwords

Is there a way - a patch, an add-on, etc that will allow Real VNC to
have multiple passwords?

The situation is this - we use VNC for our Help Desk to remotely
connect, but we also have a lot of vendor supported apps and they need
to connect to workstations to view the user issues themselves.  We do
not want to give out our password to our vendors and having a method to
allow multiple passwords regardless of who is logged in would solve a
number of problems for us.

I have seen many references to this in the list, but no real solution.

Does anyone know of a third party patch, or which section of the open
source code to modify?

Any suggestion would be welcome!
