Question on multiple users remote login

We wish to enable a Windows client server application to be used by multiple
users across different sites at the same time.

We are thinking to use RealVNC to enable remote users with RealVNC client to
view the Windows client application that is running in a centralized Windows
2003 server with RealVNC server software.

Really appreciate it if someone can confirm the following
i) Can RealVNC be used to support multiple users concurrently with each user
having independent sessions?
ii) Can the same Windows user id be used more than one remote user without
disconnecting the current session?
ii) Do we need to create different user id on the local Windows 2003 server
to handle multiple remote users?
