iso-8859-1 Latin-1 encoding through vncviewer 4.1.2

Hi Martin,

If you're referring to text clipboard transfer then you'll find that only
ASCII text is supported by the current Free Edition release.  If you're
referring to keyboard input then your mileage will vary depending upon the
"locale" settings of the two ends.
