Cannot connect to Windows Enterprise VNC ver 4.2.7

Hello all:

I am trying to connect to Windows VNC E 4.2.7 running on a Windows XP Pro 
machine.  I am connecting from a Windows XP Pro machine and the connection 
itself I think is working fine as I have made all the necessary changes to 
the firewall and NAT politices.  I am using port 6600.

After the connection is made, it asks me for a password and after I enter it 
and hit <ENTER> it immediately comes back with the message: "Windows Session 
Disconnected. Do You Wish To Attempt To Reconnect?"

This happens even if I have no password on the Server.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
