Vncviewer crashes

Hi folks
 I am trying to run vncviewer on powerpc archticture 
Powerbook G4 using ydl5.0 and e17.  I am using version
4.1.1.36 as rpm
when i click i get this error message

X Error of failed request  BadWindow (invalid Window
parameter)

Major opcode of failed request :20 (X_GetProperty)
Resource id in failed request: 0x60030e
Serial number of failed request : 772
Current serial number in output stream :772

any solution??
IS this vnc problem or e17 problem??
