Wez,
The viewing computer and the server both have the dual-monitor setup but
when I connect and change the different settings in the "Misc" tab for
Full screen mode I am still not getting the correct window display.
I've tried all three of the different settings; mode, mode matches
server res, mode uses all monitors.
For this to work, do I have to set the Full-Screen mode settings before
I login?
Right now I am accessing the "options" menu from the drop down menu in
the upper left hand corner after I have made the connection to the
server.
Joe

Joe,
Assuming that the viewing computer is also a dual-monitor setup, you can
configure VNC Viewer to connect full-screen, and for full-screen mode to
span the viewer computer's two monitors, so that you get the full server
desktop displayed more or less as-is.
Cheers,
Wez @ RealVNC Ltd.
