hi, maybe you can try to lower down the speed of the USB LAN card. e.g. 
instead using 100mbps, try to lower down to 10mbps and try.

sometime i also face this problem for normal LAN connection, if i using 
100mbps cannot connected, but once i set to 10mbps USB LAN work fine.
