Where do I find the servers name?

If you're using Windows, you can go to Control Panel > System > Computer
  Name [tab] and the computer's name is listed under "Full computer name".

You can alternatively use IP addresses, which can be found by:
- Go to Start > Run.
- Type "cmd" (no quotes) into the box and hit enter.
- Type "ipconfig" (no quotes) into the prompt and hit enter.
All the IP addresses the computer is bound to will be listed, along with
its respective adapter.
