Hello Ed.
If you want the command to be started after Windows startup and without
need for user logon, put it to gpedit.msc -> Local Computer Policy ->
Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Scripts (Startup/Shutdown)
-> Startup -> Add. Put "C:\Program Files\RealVNC\VNC4\winvnc4.exe" to
the Script Name and -connect 192.168.1.105 to the Script Parameters.
I tested this and it works fine.
