How do I connect two or more computers to a VNC server at the same time?

Hello,

 

I have the latest version of VNC Enterprise Edition server running on one of
my computers. Sometimes I need to connect to it at the same time as one of
my other computer techs in my department. The minute the second person
connects to that server, the first person is kicked off. How can I make sure
that this doesn't happen? How can I make it to where more than one active
connection is established and running at the same time?
