I'm a little confused here - why are you doing port forwarding on the
router?  I'd've thought that both machines would be on the internal
interface of the router so should be able to connect directly (without
going via the external interface of the router).  On a normal setup you
should just be able to get the IP address of the machine and use this as
the destination address for the VNC connection from the other machine.
If this isn't the case then you'll definitely need to provide a bit more
info on the internal IP addresses and netmasks used.
