One user can not connect

I have made her account exactly the same as another account that works. It
still does not work. Has anyone had this problem?

Nathan,

This problem does not appear to have anything to do with VNC, but to do with
Windows account management.  You'll therefore need to contact Microsoft for
support for their product.
