Hm... would you request the same from a telnet or ssh service? And VNC is no
more, no less than graphical equivalent of them.
In my opinion you are requesting too much. You request features that this
service has never been designed for.
Any regular network service *does* and *should* use a direct socket
connection and a dedicated port to operate. It is a very bad habit (although
very common nowadays :() that people expect everything to be accessible via
WWW.
