Administrator logon fails

Disable fast user switching. It's a known issue with VNC.

What I do is that I use VNC to take over the regular user and then log this
off. When I'm at the XP logon screen with the adminstrator (and regular
user) I try to choose that one. After I type in password I get
disconnected. So the other account is logged off and not just switched.

Jimmy,

Log off the other user account before trying to log in as Administrator.
The problem you're seeing is the current compatibility issues with Fast
User
Switching & VNC Server.
