Auto-repeat problem with Xvnc 4.1 & Suse

In your previous mail you stated that the VNC package you used was the one
provided with OpenSuSE 10.0.  Are you saying that that is not the case?

Are you running the contents of the VNC RPM as downloaded from realvnc.com?
