not listening on added interface

Peyton,

VNC Server doesn't bind to particular IP addresses, so it will accept
connections from any IP address that the host computer is using, provided
that the TCP stack is working correctly.

What is the error you receive when you're unable to connect?  This may help
in diagnosing the problem with your network setup.
