VNC Intranet to Intranet ??

If this is in regard to my question i.e. two router LAN connection etc., I 
can connect from the machine attached to the WAN-connected router to the 
machine connected via the wireless router but not the other way around.

Is it possible to use VNC to connect from one intranet to another, with the
same IP address range?
