That means they have included an interim TightVNC version but labeled
it as a stable one. Not good.

The protocol 3.130 was an experimental feature which appeared in
TightVNC 1.3dev1 only. Neither 1.2.x nor other 1.3dev versions used
this number. Due to obvious compatibility problems, such protocol
variation should not be ever used.
