Authentication Error

Hello all,

I am unsing realVNC Enterprise Trial with Windows Authentication.
When I try connection to a certain machine I get an Authentication error:

"An authentication error occurred. See the server error log for details.
Do you wish to attempt to reconnect... "

now...
- there is no entry in the machines error log.
- connection works with vnc-password-authentication, but not with 
nt-logon-auth.
- nt-logon-authentication already worked before - problem came up suddenly.
- as I think, it is the same problem like described in 
http://www.realvnc.com/pipermail/vnc-list/2005-August/051981.html
 (unfortunately found no help there)
