Can we disable VNC on the tray

This is going to be their in the internal network and we do not want the
user's that they are monitored

Nope. This is an FAQ. To paraphrase the folks at RealVNC, there is too much
chance of it being mis-used to spy on people and they want users to know
when someone is logging into their computer.

Hi all 

 

    I have installed VNC Server on my machine and now everything is working
fine 

Now I need that the icon of the VNC which should not shown on the tray but
everyone should login to the system using vnc viewer
