Client not starting problem

Hi everyone

I have problem with VNC Client starting. Not only client cann't connect but also no errors are shown.
When i'm executing client after giving (corect) IP and port, VNC just disappear and do nothing. It's still shown in windows as run process (vncviewer.exe) but it looks that its not even thrying to work ( 0% CPU usage)
>From my friends computer this connection works OK

After giving wrong server IP VNC showing error so this strange behaviour connected is only with proper IP

Please do not  hasitate to give any ideas
