SSh-agent not dying after vnc viewer exit/logoff/logout/disconnect

Joe,

Ssh-agent is nothing to do with VNC.  A trivial web-search for "ssh-agent"
shows that it's an SSH key-management helper program, and may also be
launched by Gnome.
