Unable to connect to host. Connection timed out (10060)

I have 2 computers sitting side by side connected through a hub. One is XP
pro SP2, the other an HP t5710 thin client running XPe SP2 with the Sygate
Security Agent disabled.

I need to view the HP remotely. The VNC server is installed as a service on
both machines. The HP can connect to the XP machine, but the XP machine
cannot connect to the HP (Unable to connect to host. Connection timed out
(10060)).

I have used the XP machine to connect to a third computer.

And I have used VNC on earlier thin clients without a hitch.
