VNC does not work with Remote Desktop (RDP) or Fast User Switching (FUS) 
on XP.
If these features are required, I recommend using the built-in Remote 
Desktop or Remote Assistance features available in XP.
I'm not sure if this has been addressed in the non-free versions of VNC 
(personal or enterprise). Wez?
