Oh. You are not running VNC server on XP, just the viewer?
In that case, disregard everything I've been saying.
I have no idea why you would be seeing a blank screen on the XP box.
Are you saying if you VNC into the same Win2K machine from a non-XP box, 
it works?
If so, I have no ideas.
