I am setting up VNC for the first time and can't get past this error. I am behind a NAT router and have forwarded ports 5500, 5800, and 5900 to the host IP. I've also run a few of the sites which test the connection, and it has passed on 9 different ports. So when I enter my external IP I am still getting this error. What else could I be missing?
