Hi David,
You may wish to try VNC Enterprise Edition
(http://www.realvnc.com/products/enterprise), which provides in-built
session security, supports authentication versus native Windows user
accounts, including AD accounts, and which can be deployed and configured
using the VNC Deployment Tool (http://www.realvnc.com/products/vnctool).
