VNC policy

I would like to push a new password out to all my desktops on my WAN.
We are on a Windows 2003 Active Directory.
We have UltraVNC installed.  I am using the MS authentication but I want the
static password changed as well.
I need three things to happen.
1    All static passwords be changed to xxxxxxxxx.
2    All workstation be forced to use MS authentication.
3    All workstation VNCviewer service be set to stopped and manual.

Any takers???
If we can get 1 and 3 working automagically I will have the (L)users set the
option for MS logon.
I just don't want 350 users knowing the password for VNC.
