How to Find the Version Number [was RE: unknown listener event?]

As a matter of interest, and short of looking at the original
installation file which helpfully shows the number in the filename,
how do we tell what version we're running? Most software has an
"About" option which often shows the V number.

Kind regards

Bill

Dave,

You may wish to upgrade to VNC 4.1.1 at both ends. 4.0 is quite old!

What is the actual problem that you are having using VNC?
