user/password fields greyed out

I found this known bug on the relvnc site, but in my case its winXp Pro 
SP2 and vnc-E-4.1.9 and the cancel logon thing doesnt help..
12 Jul 2004 	4 	Windows server 	When Ctrl-Alt-Del is sent remotely to 
the VNC server, causing the Logon dialog to be shown, the username and 
password fields may appear greyed out. This behaviour has only been 
reported under Windows 2003 systems. 	Cancel the Logon dialog and send 
Ctrl-Alt-Del again. 	Reported only to affect VNC 3.x servers
