VNC session closes when not in use

Hi James,
We have installed vnc-4.1.1-1 on Suse Linux professional 9.0 users are
connecting to this server from windows XP systems and are able to work.
The problem we are facing is when users don't use the connected VNC
sessions for more than 1 hour the VNC session will close without any
error
The user has to again connect to the same session using the VNC viewer
Please let us know how to retain the same VNC session for longer periods
of time when the user has locked the system.
