Have you definitely got a font server running on port 7100? Try taking
this off, unless you *need* it.

Do either of them exist? If they do, do they have suitable permissions
(world readable might be good). What about the directory they are in?
BTW you are running a very old version (both of VNC in general and
tightVNC server) - I use the binaries from RealVNC on Solaris 8 & 9
(Blade 1500s) and they work fine.
