Can't Connect to VNC Server Personal Edition

Stephen,
FYI, you can submit a support request for VNC Personal Edition via
http://www.realvnc.com/support.html.
Since you can connect to the server and receive the protocol response, the
problem is not one of port forwarding or routing through firewalls.
What is the error message you receive when trying to connect to the server?
