rejected connection (newbie)

hi,
for 2 days i am looking for a vnc server / viewer .first i've tried ultravnc
and i got a "black screen problem"
and could not solve the problem. Now i've downloaded realvnc and installed
it now i  get an error :

"Unknown security result form server"
when i attempt to reconnect (by cliciking Yes from  the  Question Dialog)

i  get an error :
"Your connection has been rejected" realvnc server is running on a Win2000
server.

Note : *   I've connected with UltraVNC viewer to UltraVNC server using the
same ports before.
               Then i've uninstalled it, and installed realvnc.
           *  When i telnet the ip and port i get answer from the server.
(vnc server working.)

should i do some additional configuration?
