No Options... in Service Mode

Hello James,
yes, you are right about the Impersonate key, I mixed it up. Anyway it did
have no effect.
Calling "vncconfig -service" works but RealVNC Version 4.1.1 seems tobe
buggy. VNC hangs, when I open an editor window of our software. When I leave
the editor, VNC viewer reacts normal again.
I tried then the older release 4.0 of RealVNC and that allows me to open the
Options panel as it would be expected and it does not produce the hanger.
