VNC 4.1.1 Fullscreen exit?

Greetings,

	I've just downloaded VNC 4.1.1 for evaluation.  We've used VNC 3.3.6
for quite a while and are generally familiar with operations.  I'm having
trouble with 4.1.1 exiting Fullscreen mode.  In 3.3.6 I could just hit
CTRL-Esc and it would bring my local taskbar to the foreground where I could
then right-click on the VNC icon on the taskbar and de-select Fullscreen.
This doesn't seem to be working with 4.1.1.  I've tried every combination of
CTRL-Esc, Esc that I can imagine.  Nothing will come to foreground where I
can access it.  I've read the documentation repeatedly and can't seem to
find the trick.  What am I overlooking?
