VNC 3.3.7

I need to be able to change the VNC password but the "properties" is
grayed out and when in DOS I receive the following message when I run
winvnc -settings:

	This machine has been preconfigured with WinVNC settings, which
cannot be overridden by individual users.  The preconfigured settings
may be configured only by a System 	Administrator. 

Does anyone have any idea how to override this so that I can once again
change the settings?
